BarnOwl presented their July Spotlight session on Tuesday 19 July. The topic discussed was “Helping you to Help Yourself”.
Three primary means of support were discussed: The Knowledge Base on the BarnOwl Website, the BarnOwl Support Portal and the Embedded Help. Of most importance is the 1st line of support – your BarnOwl Champion. If our customers do not have access to the support portal they should direct their request to email@example.com.
