You can obtain BarnOwl support in three ways:
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your query
Log an enquiry or request for support on the BarnOwl customer hub. In order to do so, you need to login to our customer support portal http://www.barnowl.co.za/customer-hub/ with your organisational email address and password supplied by BarnOwl support. Please note if you are the BarnOwl champion for your organization and have not received a password to login. Kindly mail Support@barnowl.co.za for this to be emailed through to you.
Call the BarnOwl dedicated support line on +27 11 540 9112 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
After your query is received, it is logged in the BarnOwl issue-tracking system, and you are provided with a reference number. The query is then evaluated by one of our experienced support consultants, who will contact you either telephonically or by e-mail in order to provide a solution, work-around or explanation for your query. Your query status can be confirmed at any time by e-mailing your reference number to the support e-mail address. All queries are tracked from initial logging until a resolution is provided. Please note: In addition to tracking support issues, the support desk also tracks feature requests and defects logged. Please see the diagram which provides an illustration of this process.
