Barnowl staff are always friendly, helpful and well qualified to resolve any issue. Each interaction is a pleasant experience. We received sound advice during the initial phase of determining our specifications and requirements. The roll-out of the system was without incident and we received post roll-out training and assistance with the initial configuration. The system is well designed and has added great value to our ability to not only manage the individual departments but also their integration with each other. I love the ability of being to create custom fields and functionality. We have set up a section in incident management to manage our forensic case files. It makes life a lot easier when everything is on one platform. The ability to create separate sections in our organisational structure helps to keep the admin departments separate from other business units such as the trustees. It is a great platform for transferring and assessing information.
We initially started with a standard IT configured environment and used mostly spreadsheets and word docs. Version control, storage, referencing and transferring data/info started to become a hinderance to us progressing.

Admin is now easily managed. Data is stored, referenced and even version controlled. IA, ERM and forensic departments interact seamlessly, and numerous processes are automated. Reporting and extracting data is easy and professional user-friendly reporting is the order of the day.
